By purchasing a custom cutting, you are agreeing to pay $6.95 for the content, plus a $10 performance royalty (unless it is solely for your private use and will not be performed in ANY setting, such as a performance, dress rehearsal, class, or free event in which you are presenting). Upon delivery, NCP will maintain sole ownership of the cutting. If the customer wishes to license it again in future, he/she may use the copy already purchased and pay only for a new license.
 
Custom cuttings will be based on the time allotment you specify at checkout and the content you request. A representative from Nicky Chavers Publications will be in touch regarding the content before drafting begins.
 
The customer is entitled to an unlimited number of MINOR editorial changes ( 1-2 word/sentence changes, etc) and 1 MAJOR editorial change (added characters, major section cuts, time extensions or reductions, etc). The classification of changes will be determined by your NCP representative. 
 
Cutting requests may be made from full scripts listed on NCP, however, the NCP editorial team has the right to accept or deny any request for copyright purposes.  
 
Customers selecting "physical" delivery will pay a shipping fee of $8.95 for the payment of 1 copy of the cutting to be mailed via USPS (included in the total price). If additional copies are requested for a group performance once the cutting has been completed, a separate invoice will be sent to the purchaser to license the additional copies and additional shipping costs if the volume requires more than one package for shipping.
